We provide counselling and related mental health support services to clients in the United Kingdom. Our practitioners are professionally qualified and, where applicable, registered with relevant professional bodies (e.g. BACP, UKCP, NCS).

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals aged 18 or over. By booking with us, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a contract for services.

3. Nature of Counselling Services

  • Counselling is a collaborative process that may involve the discussion of personal issues. While counselling can be helpful, no specific outcomes or results can be guaranteed.

  • Our services are not a substitute for urgent medical treatment. If you are in crisis or feel unsafe, please call 999, contact NHS 111, or use the Samaritans helpline (116 123).

4. Booking and Payment

  • Sessions must be booked in advance via  email  or phone/text.

  • Fees will be clearly stated prior to booking and must be paid in advance.

  • We reserve the right to change our fees with reasonable notice.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with less notice may be charged in full.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original method of payment.

6. Confidentiality

  • Information shared in counselling sessions is treated as strictly confidential.

  • Exceptions to confidentiality apply where there is a legal requirement or serious concern for your safety or the safety of others.
